Sales Coordinator Digital Therapy

To support the Sales activities of this new entity, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator.
At this position, you will have a key role and greatly contribute to the coordination of all activities of the EDT international sales team sales department.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales teams and online sales activities in France, and the UK. Then in Italy and Spain, as Ethypharm Digital Therapy develops itself.

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Commercial and Finance teams in EDT, and will liaise regularly with the Ethypharm’s departments: IT, Legal, Materiovigilance, Regulatory…

The position is based in Saint-Cloud (92), France.

You will work in an international environment, in coordination at a european level.

Your missions :

  • Coordinate the sales reporting in France, the UK, Italy and Spain
  • Manage the compliance requirements linked to the anti-Cadeau French law
  • Specifically for France, manage to deliver the declaration of physicians’s advantages to the French authorities in a timely manner, and ensure that declarations are following the applicable regulations
  • Interact with the sales teams to implement contract terms within the deprexis portal
  • Provide a sales reporting from deprexis portal in a regular basis and check the “stock” of licenses available
  • Monitor, acknowledge and reply to the messages received from the deprexis website.
  • Check the mailboxes and Zendesk daily, in order to get the messages received from the multi- country deprexis Access portal deprexis website
  • Forward messages/claims to the appropriate person in charge (sales, medical info, MV, IT, etc..). And manage directly sales claims with the e-payment provider or the IT manager
  • Manage requests /escalate via Zendesk (GAIA) when appropriate

Junior Product Manager Digital Therapy

deprexis® is intended for the treatment of adult patients suffering from depression. We are preparing its launch in France, UK, Spain and Italy.

In this context, we are recruiting a Europe Junior Product Manager.

You will be reporting to the Europe Marketing Manager.

The position is based in Saint-Cloud (92), France with Hybrid work.

As the Europe Junior Product Manager, you will participate in the development and the execution of the marketing strategy for the launch of deprexis®.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of annual strategic and tactical plans in tight collaboration with other functions
  • Deliver impacting multi-channel tactical plans to deliver the marketing strategy:
    • Creation, approval and follow-up of marketing material
    • Creation, approval and integration of content for websites and other digital channels
    • Management of multi-channel projects and participation in the deployment of new channels
    • Development and adaptation of promotional materials for events such as congresses
    • Presentation and training on marketing campaigns for the sales force
  • Monitor the performance indicators of marketing operations and make recommendations to adapt the plan accordingly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the environment and competitive landscape (unmet medical needs, patients’ journey and challenges in each country) by interacting on a regular basis with sales forces and customers and by conducting market research activities if needed
  • Track and manage the budget

The Europe Junior Product Manager will work closely with Medical, Market Access and Commercial teams in EDT and will liaise regularly with the Ethypharm’s Affiliates.

Profile:

  • 5 years of higher education: Scientific background with a degree in marketing, business or related field. A specialisation in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required. A third language (Italian or Spanish) would be highly appreciated.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in marketing in healthcare industry, ideally in the field of the central nervous system
  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven international work experience (UK, Italy or Spain) would be appreciated.

IT Applications Services Manager

After acquiring the rights for a 1st digital therapy, deprexis®, a dedicated entity, Ethypharm Digital Therapy SAS, has been set up in order to fully empower its teams to achieve the ambitious goal of being a European leader in CNS digital therapies.

In the context of a new position for this entity, we are looking for an Application Services Manager.

You will be the major key actor of the IT department of Ethypharm Digital Therapy, and you will greatly contribute to the evolving of the entity. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT services provided for the EDT Business Unit meets stakeholders expectations.

To meet this challenge, you absolutely must master SAP.

You will be reporting to the Group IT Director, and will work closely with EDT Teams.

The role will require a good understanding of Ethypharm Digital Therapy : its processes, management of data, and stakeholder expectations (e.g. : cyber security, data protection). It will be accountable for the service Level provided, and brought to actively seek out ways to improve value from IT for these areas.

The position is based in Saint-Cloud (92), France. You will work in an international and multicultural environment, in a hybrid working mode.

Your missions :

  • Service Delivery Management : ensure that the applications and infrastructure of the EDT business unit operates to stakeholder expectations (SAP, portal)
  • Guarantee successful deliveries by both internal and 3rd party vendors
  • Contribute to the evolving global deployment of S4 SAP and ERP services across the Group
  • Drive application support and IT services of EDT (for example compliance with the UK, NHS and French Health Ministry in the areas of cyber security and data management)
  • Run the IT Flightplan of EDT, and ensure that the capacity and availability of critical components are actively managed
  • Relationship Management : work closely with the EDT teams to ensure that the service level delivered by the IT Department meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions
  • Identify, analyze, scope and bring forward proposals for how IT can improve business process activity within the EDT business unit
  • Upgrades and improve the services for the EDT business unit
  • Ensure strong security and regulatory compliance of all IT systems in scope (pharmaceutical, financial, GDPR/GPRD)
  • End to end systems architecture ownership of the EDT service
  • Responsibility of the EDT Business Process Master List, business process maps and associated data architecture

Deprexis®, indiquée dans le traitement des patients souffrant de dépression, sera la 1ère thérapie numérique lancée par EDT en France.

Dans ce cadre, nous recrutons un(e) Attaché(e) Scientifique pour les régions Ouest et Sud-Ouest de Brest à Toulouse .

Dans le respect de l’éthique et des recommandations du SNITEM relatives à la promotion des dispositifs médicaux, vous serez un interlocuteur de haut niveau pour les professionnels de santé.

Vous assurerez l’information promotionnelle des dispositifs médicaux et développerez le secteur dont vous avez la responsabilité.

Vous serez rattaché(e) directement au National Sales Manager France.

 

Vos Missions :
Construire, structurer et gérer le secteur dont vous avez la responsabilité

  • Vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre une stratégie sectorielle adaptée aux spécificités du secteur dans le respect de la stratégie nationale (découverte et analyse du marché, définition et déploiement du plan d’action).
  • Vous identifierez les comptes clés : Les professionnels de santé comme les établissements de santé

  • Connaitre l’environnement des produits de santé dans toutes ses dimensions : acteurs, aspects réglementaires, économiques et scientifiques.

Pour développer et commercialiser des thérapies numériques ayant fait la preuve de leur efficacité, le groupe Ethypharm, a créé une nouvelle entité, Ethypharm Digital Therapy (EDT) qui se place à la croisée du laboratoire pharmaceutique et de l’entreprise numérique a pour ambition d’être un leader européen des thérapies numériques dans le Système Nerveux Central.

Afin d’accompagner cette structure en plein développement au niveau financier et comptable, nous souhaitons créer un poste de Comptable Général .

Vous aurez la responsabilité de la bonne tenue de la comptabilité générale d’Ethypharm Digital Therapy dans le respect des normes comptables et fiscales et dans un contexte international : EDT ayant une activité de distribution dans plusieurs pays d’Europe.

Vous aurez un rôle majeur dans le projet de déploiement du système SAP au sein de notre nouvelle structure.

Vous serez l’interlocuteur financier privilégié de l’équipe EDT.

Vous serez rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Comptable France d’Ethypharm au sein de la Direction Financière du Groupe.

Vous serez ainsi intégré au sein de l’équipe comptable des différentes entités présentes en France du Groupe Ethypharm.

Ce poste sera localisé au sein de notre siège à Saint Cloud (92)

Vos Missions :

  • Être responsable de la production et de l’analyse des bilans & résultats de la société EDT (comptabilité sociale et reporting mensuel sous BFC)
  • Être l’interlocuteur des auditeurs externes (CAC, Missions diverses…)
  • Assurer la migration du système comptable d’EDT actuel Qualiac vers le système SAP
  • Assurer la maintenance et l’évolution de l’ERP au niveau des comptes comptables et des processus financiers
  • Elaborer les budgets et forecasts d’EDT avec l’assistance du Contrôle de Gestion France
  • Assurer la coordination avec les interlocuteurs internes de la finance et notamment le contrôle de gestion, les comptables d’autres entités étrangères et le service consolidation pour les réconciliations de comptes inter compagnies et le calcul des ajustements de prix de transfert.

 

Votre profil professionnel

  • Bac +3 ou 4 en comptabilité ou expérience professionnelle conférant un niveau équivalent, idéalement en cabinet d’expertise comptable
  • Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans au sein d’un service comptable (comptabilité générale et analytique) et/ou en cabinet d’expertise comptable
  • Bonne connaissance de tous les cycles financiers d’une entreprise de service
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels comptables SAP obligatoire et BFC Via report. La maitrise de Cegid serait appréciée
  • Appétence pour la maitrise des outils de consolidation
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes françaises, la connaissance des normes internationales (IFRS) est un plus

At Ethypharm Digital Therapy, you will evolve in an international and multicultural environment, and work in coordination at a european level.
